PORTFOLIO
As a detail-oriented video editor, I specialize in creating tight, impactful edits that keep audiences engaged and watching to the very end.
I understand the importance of using music to set the tone for each story and obsess over finding the perfect track for every project.
Amelia
I met Amelia and Janet in October of 2018 when I produced a video for the Fall Workshop at Syracuse University. I started this project as a way to tell a story about what it’s like to raise a child with Down Syndrome. What I didn’t expect was to make such a meaningful connection with the pair.
I’ve always felt that there is magic in old home movies. There’s beauty in the nostalgia of them and it gives viewers an intimate glimpse into another moment in time. With this particular project, I took inspiration from home movies in order to capture the magic of the mundane.
Mamie's Pies
The first time I baked a pie with my grandmother, I slashed my finger open with an apple peeler and was berated for almost getting blood in the apples. Baking pies is serious business
The responsibility of pie making always falls onto the shoulders of my grandmother, affectionately referred to as Mamie. I began helping Mamie bake pies when I was 12. The hours spent in her kitchen have become some of my most cherished memories and I wanted to document them the best way I knew how. This project serves a a quick glimpse into Mamie's kitchen
Dance Masterclass at Naz
While at Nazareth College, I found my love of producing and editing videos. During my undergrad career, I worked as a marketing assistant for the Nazareth College Arts Center, where I created promotional and behind-the-scenes videos for a variety of productions and performances.
